Senior BONUSCARD Sign Up
It is so easy to get your BI-LO Senior BONUSCARD. Go to the customer service counter at your local BI-LO and ask for a Senior BONUSCARD Application (or download form below). You will need an ID to verify your age. Once you fill out the application, the customer representative will give you your Senior BONUSCARD. Your new Senior BONUSCARD will automatically be linked to your existing BONUSCARD as long as you provide the same name and address information.
