What is a BONUSCARD?
The BONUSCARD® entitles you to savings, sweepstakes, special offers, participation in programs such as boostersplus and Upromise and much more. In-store BONUSCARD discounts are clearly marked on the shelves throughout the store and in your weekly BI-LO circular.
I don't like to give out my address and phone number. Can I still get a BONUSCARD without disclosing my information?
The required information is not any different than what you already have on a personal check. BI-LO guarantees the information will never be disclosed to a third party. For more information, please see the BONUSCARD Privacy Policy. We request your address and phone number in order to send you personalized savings through the mail on products that you buy and for sweepstakes award notifications.
What are the benefits of being a BONUSCARD holder?
Participate in programs such as Upromise and boosterplus each time you use your BONUSCARD.
How do I change my BONUSCARD contact information (i.e. name, address, phone)?
Complete the BONUSCARD Update Form online or at the Customer Service Counter at your local BI-LO or contact BONUSCARD Customer Service at 1-800-768-4438.
What if I do not have my BONUSCARD with me when I shop?
It is important to use your personal BONUSCARD every time you shop at BI-LO. If you do not have your BONUSCARD, you are not eligible to win sweepstakes or work toward gaining BONUSPOINTS.
Will BI-LO use the BONUSCARD as a form of identification?
No. The BONUSCARD may not be used as a form of identification for items such as check cashing.
One of my family members is a BI-LO Teammate. Am I still eligible to win prizes?
Teammates and their families (anyone living in your household or an IRS dependent) can participate in all aspects of the BONUSCARD program except sweepstakes. However, BI-LO offers special sweepstakes, exclusively for Teammates, throughout the year.
