Helpful Hints
- Your supporters must enroll their BONUSCARDS® each year. All enrollments from the previous year are cleared to begin the current year. To enroll, simply tell your supporters to give the cashier the enrollment card and their BONUSCARD, anytime between July 1 - April 30. Each BONUSCARD household can support up to 3 organizations.
- Your supporters must have their BONUSCARDS enrolled in the boostersplus program by the end of the month to participate the following month. For example, people enrolling in October will begin earning money for their organization in November.
- Use your newsletter, meetings and website to promote boostersplus. Please use the posters above to help advertise the program. If you are unable to download them you can call 1-800-768-4438 or click here to send an email and we will mail them to you.
- Donation checks are sent twice a year. For the program term of August - December, the check is sent in February and for the program term of January - May, the check is sent in August.
- If you need to change your organization's address or contact, we must have your request in writing. You can send a letter to BI-LO, boostersplus Coordinator, PO Box 99, Mauldin, SC 29662 or click here to send an email. Please reference your boostersplus number.
- You can check your enrollment progress with your boostersplus number and passcode by clicking next to Enrollment Totals above. If you forget your boostersplus number or passcode, you can request it by calling 1-800-768-4438.
- Gift card sales can be done at meetings, after church or in carpool lines. Make sure everyone knows that 4% of the sales go back to your organization.
