How do I enroll my BONUSCARD?
Enrolling is easy!
1. Obtain an enrollment card from the organization you wish to support.
2. Give the enrollment card to the cashier one time during the program year to be scanned with your BONUSCARD. One percent of your purchases will be given to the organization(s) of your choice beginning on the first of the month following the month you enrolled.
What are the program dates?
Groups earn money from August to May each year. You can enroll your BONUSCARD as early as July each program year.
How do I change my enrollment?
Enrollments are valid through May 31 of each year. At the beginning of each program year, you can select the organization(s) you wish to support. You can enroll as early as July 1 for the upcoming year.
What if I would like to support more than one organization?
Many people will have a sports club, a school and perhaps a church that they wish to support. We have designed boostersplus to allow each BONUSCARD® household to sign-up for three organizations each program year.
How do I verify the organization I'm currently supporting?
On the day you enroll, the name of your organization will appear on your receipt. After that day it will not appear on your receipt but you can verify the organization you are supporting by calling boostersplus toll free at 1-800-950-2456.
Do I need a BONUSCARD® to participate?
Yes. If you do not have a BONUSCARD®, you can sign up for one by completing a short application at the Customer Service Counter or click here to fill out our online application. Once you have received your BONUSCARD, your enrollment form and BONUSCARD must be scanned in order to link your BONUSCARD to your organization(s).
Does a BONUSCARD have to be used with every purchase to support an organization?
Yes. It is very important to use your BONUSCARD® every time you shop at BI-LO. If you do not have your BONUSCARD, your purchases cannot be attributed to your boostersplus organization(s).
Am I required to shop at the BI-LO store where I originally enrolled for boostersplus in order for my selected organizations to receive my donations?
No. You may shop at any BI-LO location of your choice and your selected organization(s) will receive 1% of your purchases.
Can BI-LO Teammates use their personal BONUSCARD for customers?
No. The use of each Teammates BONUSCARD® is limited to their household. The misuse of a Teammate's BONUSCARD will result in disciplinary action up to and including separation from the company.
Are BI-LO Teammates eligible to join boostersplus?
Absolutely. Teammates are customers as well, so BI-LO rewards your shopping loyalty too. You can even help explain the boostersplus program to your PTA or sports clubs so that they can enjoy the benefits of boostersplus.
