How much does the new card cost?
It's FREE. Simply go to Customer Service at a participating BI-LO or request one online.
Does the new card replace my current BONUSCARD?
Yes. But don't worry. All the BONUSCARD® savings and special promotion points you've earned will remain in your account. To track your BONUSCARD® savings for the year thus far, login or sign up for a FREE My BI-LOSM account. You can also track your fuelperks! rewards and see how much you can save on gas.
If I lose my new card, how do I get another one?
If you lose your card, go to the Customer Service desk at your nearest BI-LO store or call 1-800-768-4438 to have it replaced.
